Mike brings 17 years of experience in transportation policy, planning, and analysis, including expertise in transit and rail strategy; multimodal corridor and long-range planning; performance evaluation and prioritization; business case evaluation, scenario planning, and strategic visioning.
Mike leverages expertise in policy development, stakeholder coordination and strategic planning to translate complex analytics and regulatory constraints into clear tradeoffs and actionable insights for agencies at the local, regional, and state levels.
In his role driving Steer’s growth in California, Mike works across strategy, multimodal transportation planning, equity and inclusion, rail, new mobility, and other market sectors to broaden our service offerings, expand our client base, and grow our California-based project delivery team.
