Steer Davies Gleave has been continuously recognised as one of the top 100 companies for graduates to work for in the UK, by careers website The Job Crowd. We are extremely proud of this achievement and of the fact that we are the only company in the UK to be consistently in the Top 100 since the award's inception in 2011.
The Top 100 Companies for Graduates to Work for is a unique ranking as it is based on recent graduate employee feedback. This means that the companies listed in their rankings are listed on the merit of the feedback from their graduate employees.
Companies are ranked on various aspects of their company set-up and graduate roles. Steer Davies Gleave scores particularly high on the “Colleagues”, “Culture” and “Training” categories. Graduates also share feedback on the best things about their jobs. This year, feedback included: “Excellent culture, engaged and interested colleagues, interesting and varied work” and the best thing being “the company's culture, its people and the support and help that is always available”.
Steer Davies Gleave has been running a Graduate Programme for the last 14 years and over this time we have trained and introduced more than 100 graduates into the industry.
